This policy explains what data FillingPDF collects when you use the site, why, and how long it is kept.

What we collect. The PDFs you upload, the answers you type into forms and the PDFs generated from them; your name, email address and password (stored hashed) if you create an account; and the technical data every website receives, such as your IP address and browser, used for security and rate limiting.

Why. Only to provide the service: to show your documents, fill out your forms and generate your PDFs, to keep your account and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data.

How long. Uploaded documents, form answers and generated PDFs are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Account data is kept until you delete your account from your settings.

Where. Files are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Every connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

Cookies. We use the cookies needed for the site to work: your session, which also identifies the documents you work on without an account, and security tokens.

Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and delete your account at any time. Contact us at the address on the Contact page.

Changes. We will update this page when this policy changes.
